Registered Psychotherapist
Sylwia is a Registered Psychotherapist, with over 15 years of experience working in school, hospital and the community setting. Sylwia provides an eclectic, client-centered approach to counselling, using best-practices and various treatment methods on a highly individualized basis.
Sylwia’s counselling approach may include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, possesses a Complex Trauma Certification Training from PESI; Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Polyvagel Theory through PESI, Specialized training working with First Responders and Workplace Mental Health, Mindfulness Based practices, Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Somatic Modality.

Bryony is a Registered Social Worker, with over 10 years of experience in community mental health and addiction services. Bryony holds a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Development Studies. She provides solution-focused, strengths-based care, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based therapy.
Bryony specializes in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood.
Bryony works with individuals 16+, soon-to-be parents, and new parents.

Amanda is a Registered Psychotherapist, with over 10 years of experience working children, youth, and families with complex needs. She is passionate about empowering young people to become their own best advocates and helping parents navigate complicated relationships with their children. Amanda holds an Honours Diploma from Humber College and both an Undergraduate and Master’s Degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.
Amanda uses a combination of modalities to meet clients where they are on their journey, supporting them in making meaningful changes. Her areas of expertise include relational trauma, children’s mental health, and concerning sexual behaviour in children.
Amanda works with children 7+, youth, adults, parents, and families.

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)
Lianne is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over 15 years of experience in mental health work. She specializes in trauma therapy, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and couples therapy, as well as gender-based violence, (including sexual and intimate partner violence), racial distress, and workplace or academic stress. Her work with couples focuses on improving communication, navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, and strengthening emotional connection. She supports partners in understanding relational patterns, co-parenting, attachment dynamics, and developing healthier ways of relating to one another.
Lianne’s practice integrates a number of modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, IPT, narrative therapy, and strengths-based therapy, to support clients in navigating life’s challenges from a culturally responsive, trauma-informed approach. She is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where individuals and couples can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing, empowerment, and lasting emotional well-being.

Ezza holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from York University. She worsk with youth and adults and is committed to supporting meaningful, sustainable personal growth.
She support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment and relational concerns, self esteem challenges, chronic stress, developmental disabilities, and experiences of suicidality or self harm. Her work focuses on strengthening self awareness by exploring the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, while also addressing the relationship between the mind and body through nervous system regulation.
She tailors interventions to your individual needs, drawing on strength based strategies, emotional regulation skills, and practical coping tools that align with your values. Bonnie is a Registered Social Worker with over 20 years experience working in schools, and in the community. Bonnie holds a Masters in Social Work, a Bachelor degree in Social Work. She works with youth and adults and couples and is passionate about helping them grow and recognize the strength and resilience in themselves. Her approach is client centered, strengths based and trauma informed. She tailors therapy to meet the unique needs to each person she works with and draws from approaches such as Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Exposure therapy and Mindfulness Based therapy. She believes that a strong therapeutic relationship is more effective than the specific approach used. She aims to create a safe space so that clients feel empowered to step out of their comfort zone and try new things. This is where growth begins.

Sheena is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with more than 10 years of experience working with children, adolescents, young adults, and families across a variety of clinical and community-based settings. As a Registered Early Childhood Educator and a graduate of the Canadian Institute of Child and Adolescent Psychoanalytic Psychotherapy, she supports clients experiencing anxiety, emotional and behavioural challenges, relationship difficulties, and other concerns affecting their emotional well-being and development.
Grounded in psychoanalytic, psychodynamic, and attachment-based perspectives, Sheena seeks to understand the feelings, experiences, and relational patterns that may underlie a client’s presenting concerns. She provides an individualized and client-centred approach, using both play- and talk-based therapy. When working with children, she incorporates creativity and child-led activities to offer a natural and meaningful way for them to communicate, explore their inner world, and express what may be difficult to put into words.
