Sylwia Domanski

Registered Psychotherapist

Sylwia is a Registered Psychotherapist, with over 15 years of experience working in school, hospital and the community setting. Sylwia provides an eclectic, client-centered approach to counselling, using best-practices and various treatment methods on a highly individualized basis.

Sylwia’s counselling approach may include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, possesses a Complex Trauma Certification Training from PESI; Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT) and Polyvagel Theory through PESI, Specialized training working with First Responders and Workplace Mental Health, Mindfulness Based practices, Solution Focused, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Somatic Modality.

Sylwia works with children 8+ years old, youth, adults, and couples.

Bryony Pichette

Registered Social Worker

Bryony is a Registered Social Worker, with over 10 years of experience in community mental health and addiction services. Bryony holds a Master of Social Work, a Bachelor of Social Work, and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Development Studies. She provides solution-focused, strengths-based care, using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT), motivational interviewing, and mindfulness-based therapy.

Bryony specializes in perinatal mental health, supporting individuals through pregnancy, postpartum, and the transition to parenthood.

Bryony works with individuals 16+, soon-to-be parents, and new parents.

Amanda Gardiner

Registered Psychotherapist

Amanda is a Registered Psychotherapist, with over 10 years of experience working children, youth, and families with complex needs. She is passionate about empowering young people to become their own best advocates and helping parents navigate complicated relationships with their children. Amanda holds an Honours Diploma from Humber College and both an Undergraduate and Master’s Degree from Toronto Metropolitan University.

Amanda uses a combination of modalities to meet clients where they are on their journey, supporting them in making meaningful changes. Her areas of expertise include relational trauma, children’s mental health, and concerning sexual behaviour in children.

Amanda works with children 7+, youth, adults, parents, and families.

Lianne Kendall-Perfect

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Lianne is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over 15 years of experience in mental health work. She specializes in trauma therapy, anxiety, depression, gender-based violence—including sexual and intimate partner violence—racial distress, and workplace or academic stress. Her practice integrates CBT, DBT, IPT, narrative therapy, and strengths-based therapy to support clients in navigating life’s challenges from a culturally responsive, trauma informed approach. Lianne is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where clients can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing, empowerment, and lasting emotional well-being.

I’m 2SLGBTQ+ allied and have supported individuals facing challenges related to immigration, identity, and acculturation.

Lianne works with children 11+, youth, adults, parents and families.

Ezza Shahzada

Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying)

Ezza holds a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from York University. She worsk with youth and adults and is committed to supporting meaningful, sustainable personal growth.

She support individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, attachment and relational concerns, self esteem challenges, chronic stress, developmental disabilities, and experiences of suicidality or self harm. Her work focuses on strengthening self awareness by exploring the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviours, while also addressing the relationship between the mind and body through nervous system regulation.

She tailors interventions to your individual needs, drawing on strength based strategies, emotional regulation skills, and practical coping tools that align with your values. Therapy emphasizes empowerment, resilience, and long term change, delivered through a trauma informed and client centred lens.

Through her volunteer experience at the Toronto Distress Centres, she was trained in crisis intervention and solution focused therapy, supporting individuals impacted by abuse, acute distress, suicidality, and self harming behaviours.

She is dedicated to ongoing professional development and view therapy as a collaborative process grounded in self discovery, regulation, and intentional growth.

Ezza works with children 11+ years of age, youth, and adults.
