Lianne is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with over 15 years of experience in mental health work. She specializes in trauma therapy, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, and couples therapy, as well as gender-based violence, (including sexual and intimate partner violence), racial distress, and workplace or academic stress. Her work with couples focuses on improving communication, navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, and strengthening emotional connection. She supports partners in understanding relational patterns, co-parenting, attachment dynamics, and developing healthier ways of relating to one another.
Lianne's practice integrates a number of modalities, including EMDR, CBT, DBT, IPT, narrative therapy, and strengths-based therapy, to support clients in navigating life's challenges from a culturally responsive, trauma-informed approach. She is dedicated to creating a safe, inclusive space where individuals and couples can explore their experiences, build resilience, and move toward healing, empowerment, and lasting emotional well-being.
