Amanda Gardiner

Meet Amanda Gardnier, Registered Psychotherapist and Child and Youth Care Practitioner at Alivia Solutions, a compassionate therapist dedicated to helping you on your healing journey. Amanda has been working with children, youth, and families with complex needs for over 10 years. She has a passion for helping build and strengthen young people to become empowered as their best advocate, and helping parents navigate complicated relational interactions with their children. Amanda has an Honours Diploma from Humber College, and an Undergraduate and Master's Degree from Toronto Metropolitan University (formerly Ryerson University).

Amanda uses a combination of modalities which allows her to help figure out the right way to support you. Amanda is committed to meeting clients where they are at on their journey, and supporting you as you look within yourself to make change. She has expertise in the area's of relational trauma, children's mental health, and concerning sexual behaviour in children.

Amanda works with children 7+ years old, youth, adults, parents and families.
