Life can feel overwhelming, and reaching out for support is a powerful first step. As a Psychotherapist (Qualifying), I provide a warm, safe, and judgment‑free space where you can explore your experiences, understand your emotions, and begin healing at your own pace. I believe every person’s story is unique, and I tailor therapy to your individual needs so you feel truly seen, heard, and supported.
My approach integrates evidence‑based therapies with a strong focus on the mind‑body connection. Together, we’ll explore how your thoughts, emotions, behaviours, and nervous system responses shape your daily life. By increasing self‑awareness and building practical coping skills, I help you feel more grounded, empowered, and aligned with your values. My work is trauma‑informed, client‑centred, and rooted in compassion, sensitivity, and respect.
I hold a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Yorkville University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from York University. I have experience supporting children, youth and adults through challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, low motivation, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. My clinical work includes helping clients strengthen emotional regulation, develop healthier coping strategies, and reconnect with their strengths.
I also bring crisis intervention experience from the Toronto Distress Centre, where I supported individuals facing acute emotional distress, abuse, suicidality, and self‑harm. These experiences shaped my commitment to providing steady, empathetic care during life’s most difficult moments.
I am passionate about personal growth, self‑discovery, and creating a therapeutic environment where you can feel safe to explore, heal, and move toward meaningful change. Whether you’re navigating stress, trauma, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, I’m here to support you with compassion and evidence‑based tools.
If you’re ready to begin your healing journey, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
