Isha is a warm and thoughtful Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) who is passionate about creating safe and welcoming spaces where clients feel truly heard and supported. She holds a Master of Arts in Counselling Psychology from Western University and is registered with the College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario.
Her clinical training has focused on supporting adolescents and adults with a wide range of concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions. She has experience facilitating DBT skills groups, supporting clients with addiction recovery, and integrating holistic practices such as mindfulness, grounding techniques, and creative therapeutic activities. In addition to her individual work, she offers family and couples therapy and has completed specialized training in Emotionally Focused Couple Therapy (EFCT), which informs her relational approach.
As a second-generation South Asian woman, Isha brings cultural awareness and lived experience to her practice, offering insight into identity, intergenerational dynamics, and belonging. Her therapeutic approach is trauma-informed, person-centred, and collaborative, drawing from CBT, DBT, mindfulness, and attachment-based practices. She believes therapy should feel like a supportive partnership tailored to each client’s unique needs and goals.
She welcomes new clients and encourages anyone curious about therapy to reach out and begin the journey toward healing and self-discovery.
